Electrical, sanitary, ceiling, tiling, woodwork and paint — each trade scheduled in the sequence that avoids one crew undoing another's work, and tracked against the cost plan as it goes.
A final walkthrough together, any snag-list items closed out, and the keys handed over — with a full record of every purchase made along the way if you want to review it.
